Regulations

-The use of lifejacket is mandatory for the cenote activity. It is not necessary to know how to swim.
-These activities are not recommended for people with back problems or with recent surgeries
-Round-trip transportation, from your hotel in Cancun or Riviera Maya, is included (rate will not vary if you don´t use it. Keep in mind that we do not offer transportation from the highway to the Park)
-Pregnant women may at their own risk
-Minors 6 to 9 years pay children rate (children that are tall should carry identification)
-Children under 5 enter for free

Cancellation Policies:
